Booking

You may book filling out the Booking Inquiry Form for the tour you desire.

All bookings are secured by a downpayment.

Reservations will be considered valid only after you have received our confirmation email. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately at info@romaslowtour.com, if you have any questions or require any changes.

Payment

The total amount of the tour must be paid in advance. We accept VISA or MasterCard or Pay Pal as payment. Transaction charges are to be borne by the ordering customer.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you confirmation of your booking with the complete booking details. The Confirmation email will also include important information that we urge you to read to ensure your travel to Rome is issue free.

Cancellation

Securing your reservation with your payment means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.

Any request for modification or cancellation must be received in writing by e-mail at info [at] romaslowtour.com

Roma Slow Tour reserves the right to cancel reservations with declined credit cards.

If, for any reason, the tour is not available after we have confirmed it, we will offer you an equivalent alternative. If you decide not to accept it, we will reimburse the full deposit.

All refunds are payable by PayPal and are subject to PayPal fees.  We do not issue refunds by bank transfer at this time.

On tours cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time, we are happy to offer our customers a full refund minus a 5% credit card fee. For tours cancelled less than 72 hours before scheduled departure time, we are unable to offer refunds. Instead we suggest that customers reschedule their tour for another time more convenient for them. Changes made to bookings within the 72 hour window will be subject to rebooking fees to cover the cost of tickets purchased, transport, guide rescheduling, headsets and administration. To cancel or change your booking, please contact our Customer Care team by phone or email. If you have booked your tour through a third party distributor, please contact them directly to cancel or rebook your tour.

Complaints

If you have any concerns about your accommodation after your arrival we will be pleased to discuss them with you during your tour. However, NO reimbursements will be made based on complaints or comments received after the tour. We also hope you will take a few minutes to complete the Evaluation Form online.

Changes in rates

Any changes in rates or terms of payment due to special offers or special periods during the year (such as holidays) will be clearly noted on our website as well as on your reservation form.

Privacy

All personal data will be used confidentially and in accordance with Italian Law n. 675/96 regarding Privacy. The information submitted will not be published nor shared with any third parties.
